Mike Versuk – PGA Professional
Our on site Professional has been playing the game for over 50 years and teaching for the past 20 years. Mike has been a winner of 12 PGA section events, held 6 course records, and has recorded 7 hole in ones. His career low score was an impressive 11 under par 61, and he recently won the scoring and money title on the Philadelphia Senior tour for the second year in a row. Mike believes in a simple approach to instruction, rather than change a players complete swing, he rather looks for what is consistent and then builds off of that. He brings a unique look at shot making having grown up in the era of creative golf vs todays ‘hit it hard and find it’ approach. Mike is a graduate Engineer so he will communicate with each student how things work in full detail, and is patient to be sure you understand before moving on.
Individual Lessons: Many of you want to improve your game but do not have the time or extra funds to dedicate to your golf. With that in mind I will add some cost saving lesson plans for 2012. The quick fix lesson will be available for 2012 and that will be a 30 minute specific fix lesson for only $25.00. In addition a 3 lesson discount series will also be available..check out the lesson area for all the details.
Clinics: If you are more of a team player , schedule a clinic where several people can be instructed as a group. I will hold clinics from 2 to 5 people , so to reduce your cost find some friends who also require some instruction and book a clinic of 1 hr to a max of 2 hrs based on the amount of participants. I will tailor the clinic to your specific instructional needs , the larger the group the more affordable it becomes , but the amount of personal instruction is reduced. In a clinic format you have the opportunity to view others and learn by helping each other. A clinic with friends can be a great time out and after go to the 2400 Cafe for a few laughs.
