Plan to mix a little pleasure with business! Our golf course is so close you can tee off minutes after your groups last meeting. This challenging, yet fun course can be played in about two hours. Our friendly and experienced staff is delighted to arrange an outing to accommodate your group.
For those of you who do not have a weekly group but wish to occasionally get together for a fun day of golf, or to host some special clients in a great setting – Willow Valley Golf Course is a great venue! Although we are a nine hole facility, two sets of tees exist so that you can play your second nine from a different tee location.
We will host outings for groups wishing to play 9 or 18 holes with a limit of 40 players. If your group is larger then 24 players a discounted rate will apply and we will close the course for your outing. Groups who book then show up with less than the 24 players will be charged at a higher fee/player for failure to meet the required minimum. The standard fee is $24/9 holes and $32 /18 holes. The course will then be open for regular play with the smaller group.
Our rates:
Groups up to 16 players: Standard rates apply
Groups 17-24 players: Rate 9 holes riding- $22/player .. 18 holes = $30/player
Groups 25 to max: Rate 9 holes riding – $20/player .. 18 holes = $28/player
We have a PGA professional on site, so if you would like a short clinic before tee-off, or perhaps a ‘beat the Pro’ event on one of our holes we can discuss these special items to enhance your outing. All you have to do is provide the players and we will handle the details of starters sheets, cart signs, scoring, close to the pin holes and prize distribution. We have a stocked golf shop so you may give gift certificates for prizes that each player can redeem at their pleasure.
