All Willow Woods/Willow Woods Village leases are one-year for the first year, and month-to-month thereafter. An application fee of $50 and security deposit of $250 are requested with each lease agreement. Dogs (certain breeds are restricted) and cats are permitted with a signed Pet Agreement, a non-refundable $200 pet fee and a monthly pet charge of $15.
