What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Train and mentor Guest Services Team Members, ensuring they meet Hilton Hotels Worldwide and Willow Valley standards.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling, balance front desk drawers, and prepare incident reports as needed.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure front desk operations align with Hilton Worldwide Brand Standards.
- Flexibility: Adapt to seasonal needs and adjust schedules to meet business demands.
Who We Are Looking For
- Our ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree or equivalent, or has 2 years of relevant work experience. You will be expected to complete Hilton Brand Training and hold a valid PA Driver’s License. CPR and RAMP certifications are preferred but not mandatory as we provide training.
- Our Guest Services Supervisor has excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, able to handle a variety of situations with ease and provide clear instructions to team members. Your computer skills will be put to good use with software like Excel, Outlook Email, Kronos/UKG, and PEP (Hilton’s Property Engagement Platform).
- Physically, you should be able to perform a range of tasks, from administrative duties to occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
