Support recruiting and hiring, including job postings, background checks, and onboarding packets

Coordinate and help lead New Team Member Orientation

Track and audit compliance items such as reviews, training, and certifications

Prepare and analyze HR reports (anniversaries, turnover, UC charges, training completion, and more)

Serve as an I 9 subject matter expert

Assist with training logistics, calendars, and materials

Help keep our internal communications fresh—like editing the Willow Breeze

Support employee recognition efforts (Pride O Grams, celebrations, milestones)

Provide backup support within the HR team when needed

And above all—handle sensitive information with care, discretion, and professionalism.

An Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years of HR experience

Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (UKG experience is a big plus!)

Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)

Experience with recruiting, HR processes, and employment documentation

Excellent organization, follow through, and communication skills

The ability to balance routine tasks with problem solving and judgment

A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

PHR or SHRM certification is a plus, but not required.
