Position Overview
The Property Service Attendant plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our Guests, Residents, Tenants, and team members. This position focuses on maintaining the overall appearance of our commercial property grounds while delivering friendly, professional service to everyone you encounter. You’ll work independently, stay active, and make a visible impact every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor property areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances
- Remove litter and debris from designated areas and trash receptacles
- Rake, gather, and clear leaves and debris from curbs, walkways, and common areas
- Use equipment such as blowers to keep entrances and walkways clear
- Apply ice melt or salt as needed to support safety during colder conditions
- Serve as a friendly point of contact by answering questions and offering directions to Guests and the public
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support overall property operations
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in your work
- Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
- Personable and professional when interacting with others
- Able to work independently and manage routine tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous related experience is helpful but not required
- Safety-first mindset and a knack for solving practical problems. This is a Safety Sensitive Position as defined in the Drug Free Workplace Policy.
